How to Qualify:

📄 Apply with proof
During the application process, select the law enforcement option and add your identification number or upload valid documentation of active duty status.
✍️ Sign your lease
Once approved, you’ll receive a monthly rent credit automatically applied to your account throughout your lease term.
Already a Resident? You’re Included Too.
If you're an active duty police officer already living in a SimplyHome community, you may qualify for these savings at lease renewal. Just submit proof of service before your renewal date to your property manager to receive the same monthly credit benefit.
*The “Savings for Service” program offers $1,000 off home rental costs, prorated over the lease term, for eligible new lease applicants and current residents at time of renewal who are active-duty military personnel or full-time law enforcement officers. This offer is not retroactive. Eligibility is subject to verification of qualifying status. The discount will be applied monthly and is contingent upon lease compliance and timely payment.
