Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Eligibility: Open to licensed realtors who are legal residents of the United States or D.C., age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees of SimplyHome, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Giveaway Period: Begins March 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on March 18, 2026.

How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, complete and submit the official entry form with all required information. Multiple entries are permitted but only in accordance with contest rules. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries, or entries submitted using multiple emails, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules, will be disqualified.

Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive two (2) tickets to Cody Johnson with special guests Randy Houser and Jon Pardi at NRG Stadium, Section 313 (West Club Level), on March 22, 2026 (the “Event”).

Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by random drawing on or about March 19, 2026. Odds depend on number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via the email provided in the entry form and must sign and return any required eligibility affidavit and release within twenty-four (24) hours. Failure to respond timely may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Tickets will be delivered electronically. No cash or prize substitution permitted. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner.

BY ENTERING, PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SIMPLYHOME AND ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, INJURIES (INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH), COSTS, OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY, ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE, OR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE CONSTITUTES THE WINNER’S AND GUEST’S AGREEMENT TO ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDANCE AT AND PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RISKS OF PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER HAZARDS OCCURRING BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER THE EVENT. WINNER AND GUEST HEREBY WAIVE, RELEASE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE SIMPLYHOME AND ITS AFFILIATES FOR ANY SUCH CLAIMS OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT.

SIMPLYHOME IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE, LOST, INCOMPLETE, MISDIRECTED, OR UNDELIVERABLE ENTRIES OR NOTIFICATIONS, INCLUDING THOSE RESULTING FROM SPAM FILTERS, TECHNICAL FAILURES, OR NETWORK ISSUES. SIMPLYHOME RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, SUSPEND, OR MODIFY THE GIVEAWAY IF FRAUD, TECHNICAL FAILURES, OR OTHER FACTORS BEYOND ITS CONTROL IMPAIR ITS INTEGRITY.

Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
