SimplyHome $500 Moving Giveaway

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE, APPLICATION, LEASE, DEPOSIT, OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The SimplyHome $500 Moving Cost Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by SimplyHome (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, advertising agencies, and promotional partners are not eligible to enter.

Participation is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on September 1, 2026 and ends on October 15, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter by submitting the requested contact information through the designated SimplyHome Giveaway entry form.

No purchase, rental application, lease, security deposit, move-in, or other payment is required to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. Prize

One (1) eligible entrant will receive a $500 prize, which may be used toward moving costs or for any other lawful purpose.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500.00.

The prize is not conditioned upon the winner applying for, leasing, or moving into a SimplyHome property.

The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place on or about October 19, 2026.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address provided at the time of entry.

The potential winner must respond within 3 business days of the initial notification and may be required to verify eligibility and complete documentation reasonably required by Sponsor before receiving the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected through another random drawing.

8. Prize Delivery

The $500 prize will be provided to the verified winner following confirmation of eligibility and completion of any required prize documentation.

No fee, deposit, rental payment, application, lease execution, or other purchase is required in order for the winner to claim the prize.

9. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor regarding the Giveaway, which shall be final to the extent permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, submitted through automated means, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Sponsor also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

10. Privacy and Communications

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, including contacting the selected winner, and will be handled in accordance with SimplyHome's applicable privacy policies.

Any consent to receive promotional email, telephone, or text communications from SimplyHome should be presented separately from entry into the Giveaway and is not required to enter or win.

11. Release

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the state in which Sponsor is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where otherwise required by law.
