I would like to sincerely thank the **Simply Homes management team and staff** for their outstanding support during my family’s two-year stay. From the beginning, they have gone above and beyond to ensure that any issues—whether minor or major—were addressed promptly and professionally. Their **maintenance team** was always responsive and efficient, handling everything from small repairs to larger concerns with care and attention. The **yard work** was consistently maintained, helping us enjoy a clean and welcoming environment around our home. One of the things I appreciated most was their **flexibility and understanding** when it came to rent payments during challenging times. That level of compassion and professionalism is rare and meant a great deal to me and my family. I had an issue recently, and Ashley was amazing in helping me sort it out. She was super friendly, quick to respond, and really listened to what was going on. She kept me updated the whole way through and made sure everything got taken care of without any added stress. Honestly, she made a frustrating situation way easier to deal with. I would like to thank Nova for her patience and support with helping me through the online application process. She was professional and her customer service is excellent. She stayed on the phone with me until my application was submitted properly. Nova said my application would be processed and I would receive the next step that day or the following day. That happened just like she said, I received the next step in the process. I am 100% satisfied with Simply Rent’s employee Nova. It is people like her that make working with a business as a customer worth it!

Adam was amazing! He did a really good job. He was at my house for about 45 mins and fixed our bedroom sink as well as our kitchen sink. He inspected our water pressure and fixed that for us as well! He was a really nice guy. Thank you Adam!

Been a Camillo resident for 4 years now and I have enjoyed my experience. Special thanks to Ty Combs for making the lease renewal process a breeze and also getting my home new carpet installed for the stairs, just got my new carpet today and my home feels brand new again. This company does have a lot of resources for the residents and there is some feeling of community as well. I have no major complaints and if I did I can easily call them and feel heard. They worked with me during the time when I was hospitalized and diagnosed with chronic illness and I really appreciated how they worked with me. Humans working together. Very good. Thank you.
