Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of SimplyHome, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted beginning on Oct 1, 2025 and will close on 11:59 PM CST on Dec 15, 2025.

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, complete and submit the official entry form. All required fields must be completed. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Use of any automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a media package valued at up to $3000, including a 65" Smart 4K TV, sound bar, Meta Quest VR headset, one year streaming subscription to Disney+, Max, and Hulu and a smart lighting kit. Devices must be selected from approved retailers as designated by SimplyHome.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected from a random drawing of all eligible entries on or around December 15, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winner will be contacted via the email address provided at entry and must sign and return the required statement of eligibility and release within five (5) business days. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize and SimplyHome shall have the option to select an alternate winner. The return of any award notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. SimplyHome will purchase and ship physical items to winner’s residential address. Streaming services will be provided via gift cards or prepaid codes in an amount intended to cover twelve (12) months of each listed service at then-current standard rates. If a service is unavailable in winner’s area, or winner already has a subscription, or the service terms change, SimplyHome may provide a gift card of comparable value as an alternative. No cash or other substitution permitted, except SimplyHome reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any listed prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. SimplyHome will arrange standard shipping of physical prize items to a valid SimplyHome residential address. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. SimplyHome is not responsible for delays, damage in transit, or items lost or stolen after delivery by the carrier. 

Prize Details:

• SimplyHome is not responsible for the warranty, maintenance, service, or delivery of devices.

• All income taxes resulting from acceptance of a prize are the responsibility of the winner.

• Installation, warranty registration, and any related costs are solely the responsibility of the winner.

• If the total value of the selected appliances is less than $3,000, the difference will NOT be awarded in cash or any other form.

• No cash or other prize substitution permitted except SimplyHome reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

General Conditions:

• By participating, entrants waive all right to, and agree to release and hold harmless SimplyHome, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind (including punitive, incidental and consequential damages), or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with this giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

• SimplyHome is not responsibility for late, incomplete, or incorrect entries and an entrant’s failure to receive prize notifces due to entrant’s junk e-mail or other security settings, technical malfunctions or failed network connections.

• SimplyHome reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond SimplyHome’s control impair the integrity of the giveaway.

• This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Disney, Hulu, Max, Meta, or any other third-party brand referenced. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

• Entry constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and permission to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

• All matters arising out of or relating to this giveaway or these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Texas, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof and any suit or legal action shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Harris County, Texas.
