SimplyHome's Compensation Policy

To be eligible for compensation, Real Estate Agent contact information is required on SimplyHome application, prior to application/applicant submission. SimplyHome's Traditional SimplyHome compensation is 50% of resident’s full-month rent. *Compensation and Commission rates are never set and are always negotiable.

SimplyHome’s Compensation Agreement Between Brokers (ABB) form must be completed via DocuSign. ABB’s are sent after confirmation of Resident Move-in. Buyer’s Representation Agreement and valid Broker W-9 are required at time of ABB submission. All payments are mailed through USPS; office pickup is not available. Please note that USPS does not provide tracking numbers for these payments. *Realtor Key Reward concessions are calculated with eligible move-in and concession amount is included on address-specific ABB.
SimplyHome provides brokerages with the option to set up ACH (Direct Deposit) payments. If your Broker prefers direct deposits over checks, please email: Commissions@SimplyRent.com to initiate this process. Valid Broker’s W-9 is required when submitting the ACH set up, please attach the W-9 to the ACH DocuSign.
SimplyHome does not provide copies of executed lease documents/agreements nor flood agreements.  Agents can request executed lease documents from the client, found via SimplyHome’s resident portal.

* Real Estate Agent must be listed on application in order to receive commission/compensation.
*SimplyHome does not pay commission/compensation on resident transfers.

Key Realtor Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
The Key Realtor Rewards Program is effective as of July 1, 2025, and cannot be made retroactive. The loyalty program is only applicable to individual real estate agents and cannot be combined with multiple agents, brokerages, real estate offices or any other combination. Real estate agent must be listed on SimplyHome application in order to receive commission and/or any form of bonus or incentive. Approved SimplyHome application and SimplyHome move-in required. Please visit SimplyHome’s Commission Policy for more details. Complete/Valid Sign in sheet required to receive commission/incentive for “Open House” Reward. Open House must be completed within 30 days prior of initial SimplyHome application submission. Approved application and move-in required.  
The information regarding SimplyHome’s “Key Realtor Rewards” program is subject to change at any time without notice to participants. SimplyHome reserves the right to alter, amend, or modify the terms, conditions, eligibility and benefits of the loyalty program at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in the earning structure, redemption process, commission amount and any other aspect of the program. Participants are encouraged to regularly review the program's terms and conditions to stay informed of any updates. By participating in the loyalty program, participants acknowledge and agree that the company may, at any time and without notice, make changes that may affect the value or availability of rewards.
