SimplyHome's Compensation Policy

In order to receive commission, a Realtor MUST BE listed on the resident application - no exceptions. SimplyHome's standard commission is half a month's rent. To request, submit a commission request to SimplyHome. Please send the following documents via email to Commissions@SimplyRent.com.

Our Compensation Agreement Between Brokers form must be signed Via DocuSign. After completion, promptly submit your Brokerage W9 to Commissions@SimplyRent.com . These documents are needed in order to process your commission. *Please remember to attach Buyer/Tenant Rep Agreement.

Agents can typically expect to receive payment for a lease about 45 days after their client’s move-in date, though in some cases it may take a bit longer. Realtor rewards and commissions are calculated at the beginning of each month for the previous month’s activity. All payments are sent out through USPS mail and we do not allow office pickup or provide tracking numbers.

SimplyHome provides Brokerages with the option to set up ACH (Direct Deposit) payments. If your Broker prefers direct deposits over checks, please have your office contact AccountsPayable@CamilloProperties.com to initiate this process.

We do not provide copies of lease documents or flood agreements. You must request all executed lease documents from your client, which they can retrieve via their resident portal.

 *Key Realtor Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

The Key Realtor Rewards Program is effective as of July 1, 2025, and cannot be made retroactive. The loyalty program is only applicable to individual real estate agents and cannot be combined with multiple agents, brokerages, real estate offices or any other combination. Real estate agent must be listed on SimplyHome application in order to receive commission and/or any form of bonus or incentive. Approved SimplyHome application and SimplyHome move-in required. Please visit SimplyHome’s Commission Policy for more details. Complete/Valid Sign in sheet required to receive commission/incentive for “Open House” Bonus To Seller’s Agent (BTSA). Open House must be completed within 30 days prior of initial SimplyHome application submission. Approved application and move-in required. 

The information regarding SimplyHome’s “Key Realtor Rewards” program is subject to change at any time without notice to participants. SimplyHome reserves the right to alter, amend, or modify the terms, conditions, eligibility and benefits of the loyalty program at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in the earning structure, redemption process, commission amount and any other aspect of the program. Participants are encouraged to regularly review the program's terms and conditions to stay informed of any updates. By participating in the loyalty program, participants acknowledge and agree that the company may, at any time and without notice, make changes that may affect the value or availability of rewards.
