On rain/weather delays, service will be delayed to the next business day, residents must leave yards accessible during rescheduled service. 

Resident is responsible for closing their gates after receiving service. All locks must be removed by 7am to receive service. Return visits are not available.

Resident must remove all personal belongings and trash from the yard. Lawn company and SimplyHome are not liable for damages to belongings, damaged cable, internet, or phone lines.

Pets must be secured inside the home on service days and waste must be removed to receive service. Before allowing your pet back in to your yard, please make sure your gates are secured.

If the irrigation system is damaged by the mower, the resident must shutoff the system and submit a maintenance request. 

Townhomes: mass controlled by property management, no action needed by resident

Single family homes: Please avoid watering 2 days prior to service
