I would like to thank the maintenance team for quick and professional response to our AC not working on Wednesday into Thursday. I submitted my request late Wednesday night and Thursday the team came and fixed to AC . Shout out to Adam Bustamante for the professionalism and quick response.

I rented from Simply Home for 5 years and never had any issues. Any work orders that were submitted were handled promptly. I remember one year my AC unit went out & they sent out a portable AC unit. The unit outside was replaced within the week. I'm giving 5 stars because I recently purchased a home and received a portion of my deposit back minus the repairs. I was able to terminate my lease early with no issues. I'll be forever grateful for this!
