Terms and Conditions: 

The "Savings for Service" program offers $1,000 off rental costs, prorated over the lease term, for eligible new lease applicants and current residents at time of renewal who meet the criteria outlined below. By participating in this program, applicants and residents agree to the following terms and conditions: 

Program Details 

Discount Application 

The discount will be divided equally across the lease term and applied as a monthly rent credit of $83.33 on select homes. The discount begins with the first full month of tenancy and continues for the duration of the lease. For current residents, a discount of $83.33 will be added monthly to their account for the remaining months of the renewal lease term.

Lease Compliance 

The monthly credit is contingent upon the resident’s adherence to the lease terms, including timely rent payments. If the lease is terminated early or a default occurs, the remaining discount balance is forfeited. 

Eligibility Period 

This program is available for new leases and qualifying renewal lease agreements starting May 15, 2025. For current residents, the program is only applicable for renewal leases signed after the promotional period started. 

Eligibility Requirements 

Who Qualifies 

Active Duty Members: Individuals currently serving full-time in the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, or Space Force.
Active Reservists: Members of the Reserve components who are actively serving and performing duties.
Active National Guard Members: Members of the National Guard serving in a federal capacity under Title 10 of the U.S. Code. 

Documentation Required 

Military: Active-duty ID, DD-214 form, or equivalent. 

Eligibility for Current Residents 

Current residents are eligible to participate at time of renewal if they provide documentation meeting the above criteria. The discount will be prorated over the months of the renewal lease term in the amount of $83.33 per month. The program is not retroactive; residents cannot receive a discount for current leases or past months. This program is not applicable to leases signed before the eligibility period started. 

Verification Process 

Eligibility will be verified during the application process or when a current resident submits a request to renew their lease. Documentation must be provided before the discount can be applied. 

Additional Conditions 

Availability 

Program availability is subject to the number of eligible units.  

Non-Transferable 

The discount is non-transferable and applies only to the qualifying resident’s lease agreement. 

Modifications 

SimplyHome reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time without prior notice. 

Fraudulent Applications 

Providing false or misleading information during the application process will result in disqualification from the program and potential lease termination. 

How to Apply 

New Applicants: 

  • Submit a rental application online or in person during the promotional period. 
  • Provide required documentation for eligibility verification. 
  • Complete the leasing process, including signing a lease agreement. 
  • Approved applicants will receive confirmation of the discount as part of their lease terms. 

Current Residents: 

  • Contact the leasing office by filling out this form to express interest in the program for your renewal lease HERE. 
  • Submit required documentation for eligibility verification. 
  • Approved residents will receive a prorated discount in the amount of $83.33 a month applied to their renewal lease.

Been a Camillo resident for 4 years now and I have enjoyed my experience. Special thanks to Ty Combs for making the lease renewal process a breeze and also getting my home new carpet installed for the stairs, just got my new carpet today and my home feels brand new again. This company does have a lot of resources for the residents and there is some feeling of community as well. I have no major complaints and if I did I can easily call them and feel heard. They worked with me during the time when I was hospitalized and diagnosed with chronic illness and I really appreciated how they worked with me. Humans working together. Very good. Thank you.
