Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of SimplyHome, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

Giveaway Period:
Entries will be accepted beginning on June 1, 2025 and will close on 11:59 PM CST on July 31, 2025.

How to Enter:
Participants must submit their valid email address via the official entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Use of any automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

Prize:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive an appliance package valued at up to $2,500, including a refrigerator, washer, and dryer of their choice. Appliances must be selected from approved retailers as designated by SimplyHome.

Winner Selection and Notification:
Winner will be selected from arandom drawing of all eligible entries on or around August 4, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winner will be contacted via the email address provided at entry and must sign and return the required statement of eligibility and release within five (5) business days. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize and SimplyHome shall have the option to select an alternate winner. The return of any award notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Details:

• SimplyHome is not responsible for the warranty, maintenance, service, or delivery of appliances.
• All income taxes resulting from acceptance of a prize are the responsibility of the winner.
• Delivery arrangements, installation, warranty registration, and any related costs are solely the responsibility of the winner.
• If the total value of the selected appliances is less than $2,500, the difference will not be awarded in cash or any other form.
• No cash or other prize substitution permitted except SimplyHome reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

General Conditions:

• By participating, entrants waive all right to, and agree to release and hold harmless SimplyHome, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind (including punitive, incidental and consequential damages), or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with this giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
• SimplyHome is not responsibility for late, incomplete or incorrect entries and an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s junk e-mail or other security settings, technical malfunctions or failed network connections.
• SimplyHome reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond SimplyHome’s control impair the integrity of the giveaway.
• Entry constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and permission to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.
• All matters arising out of or relating to this giveaway or these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Texas, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof and any suit or legal action shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Harris County, Texas.
