SimplyHome residents who attend a participating SimplyHome Shaved Ice Social on July 26, 2026, and bring a friend may be eligible to participate in the Snow Cone Social Giveaway.

To qualify, the resident and their friend must register at the party on July 26, 2026. Registration must be completed in person during the event. Each eligible resident who brings a registered friend will be entered for a chance to win a $500 prize.

Friends who register at the party and subsequently sign a new lease with SimplyHome in Bavaria between July 26, 2026, and September 30, 2026, may be eligible to receive a $2,500 rent credit. The rent credit is valid toward a new SimplyHome lease only and is not redeemable for cash. The $2,500 rent credit will be applied according to SimplyHome’s standard leasing and account procedures.

This offer is valid from July 26, 2026, through September 30, 2026. The friend must be a new applicant and must meet all standard rental criteria, application requirements, lease approval requirements, and move-in requirements. The friend must sign a lease during the promotional period to qualify for the rent credit.

Offer is not combinable with any other specials, discounts, concessions, promotions, referral offers, or rent credits. One offer per household. Additional restrictions may apply.

The resident prize winner will be selected from eligible entries after the event. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner must be a current resident in good standing at the time of selection. Prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.

SimplyHome reserves the right to verify eligibility, modify or cancel the promotion at any time, and disqualify any participant who provides false information, violates these terms, or attempts to manipulate the promotion.
