What Residents Are Responsible For
- Interior Pest Control
- Changing light bulbs
- Replacing smoke detector batteries
- Resetting GFCI outlets
- Maintaining active utilities including electricity, water and sewer, trash, and gas (where applicable
- Minor drain clogs
- Residents are responsible for refrigerators, washers, and dryers they bring, including upkeep and repairs
- Winterizing exterior spigots and pipes to prevent freezing
Live Simply with SimplyMaintained
SimplyHome manages the lawn maintenance and exterior pest control of each property. Lawn maintenance is billed at $75/month, and Pest Control is billed at $25/month.

Exterior Pest Control is serviced quarterly.
